Rather than soaking fully into the grain like oil, this product creates a protective barrier that sits on the surface of the wood. Similar to a paint or varnish, it creates a lasting layer that protects your wood from exterior elements such as the sun, UV rays and moisture.

This client took our advice on maintaining their ipe railings and it shows. With consistent upkeep every 3 months, what once required sanding and deep cleaning has now become a simple maintenance visit.
Our first visit was more labor-intensive to restore the wood. Now, with that foundation in place, upkeep is minimal: a thorough cleaning and a fresh oil application to keep the wood nourished and looking refreshed.
The more consistent the maintenance, the less effort needed over time. And, the better the results.
Ipe railings and furniture should ideally be maintained every 3 months to keep that rich, brand new appearance. For this particular case with the excessive amount of pm sun exposure, the frequency of the application will decrease once the wood is fully saturated with the oil stain.

From off-site cabinet spraying to final installation, every step was handled with control and intention. The original kitchen was in dire need of a restoration, years of daily use has made them dull & worn out. With the contrasting natural wood and white cabinets gone; the repaint of all cabinets in Chantilly Lace by @benjaminmoore along with the new backsplash, makes the kitchen feel more spacious & beautiful.
More changes made by @harrelldesignbuild , such as removing the walls and installing an island and coffee bar, which were painted in Hale Navy. The vent was moved up, allowing it to feel more spacious as well. Crown, fridge panels, and walls removed, this kitchen now feels bigger and brighter.

This one started as a simple request:
“Barn-style interior door. Needs to match the tile and trim.” But bathrooms don’t forgive the wrong finish. Steam turns paint soft. Hands leave marks. Cleaners dull flat sheens.
So we went with a semi-gloss in @benjaminmoore Adriatic Sea: a rich blue that doesn’t just match the space, it pulls it together. When the hardware went on and the light hit that sheen, the whole room clicked.

These kitchen cabinets were removed and brought back to our shop where we sanded and refinished them—transitioning from a muted blue to a deep, saturated green. Because the previous solvent-based coating had begun cracking and chipping, we restored them using a waterborne system designed to provide a smoother finish and longer-lasting protection.

Your job will only be as good as your prep work.
How to prep your paint roller:
• Wrap the roller cover completely with 1.5” masking tape.
• Press firmly to ensure the tape pulls off loose lint.
• Peel the tape off and shake away any excess.
• Repeat the first three steps.
• If lint remains, use stucco high-adhesion tape and roll the cover over it to grab deeper fibers.
• Repeat until the roller is lint-free.
• Lightly trim the edges of the roller cover to prevent edge lines.
• Finish by rolling over the high-adhesion tape one final time.
A clean roller results in a cleaner finish!
