Nothing is left unclear after a paint project with us. For every project, we document the important details: paint colors, products, finishes, and exactly where each one was applied. Our responsibility doesn’t end when the painting is complete. We walk homeowners through the finished work, make sure they have the information they need, and keep those project details on file for future reference. When touch ups or maintenance are needed later, there’s no guessing. Everything is organized, documented, and easy to reference. Choosing Basurto Painting means choosing a process built around care, clarity, and long term upkeep. Beautifying, protecting, & preserving the Bay. The BP way.Button

16 years later, this patio still looks this good for a reason. As part of our annual service at this Los Gatos residence, we cleaned and re-oiled both the Ipé deck and teak furniture to help preserve their color, condition, and natural character. Both Ipe and Teak woods are known for their durability, but constant exposure to sunlight, moisture, and everyday use will still affect the surface over time. A thorough cleaning and fresh oil application help maintain their depth, prevent excessive drying, and keep the outdoor areas looking well cared for. After 16 years of maintaining this property, consistent upkeep continues to make a difference across both the deck and furniture. Beautifying, protecting, & preserving the Bay. The BP way.Button

Your paint job is only as good as the product behind it. When you’re already investing in the preparation, labor, and process behind a quality paint job, the product you choose matters too. Premium paints can offer better coverage, stronger color retention, and a more refined finish. Some surfaces may also benefit from specialty coatings designed for added durability and protection. In many cases, upgrading the paint is a relatively small increase compared to the overall project cost, but it can make a noticeable difference in how the finish looks and performs over time. You’re already investing in the labor. Choose a product that helps that work last. Beautifying, protecting, & preserving the Bay. The BP way.Button

When painting an occupied home, one of the most important parts of the job is treating the space with the same care we would want in our own home. Furniture, flooring, and surrounding surfaces are carefully masked and protected before work begins to help prevent spills, debris, or damage. Occupied projects can require more coordination, but we take the homeowners’ routines into account throughout the process. Working from home, existing furniture, noise levels, and daily schedules all play a part in how we plan the job. Beautifying, protecting, & preserving the Bay. The BP way.Button

This master bedroom in Palo Alto was painted in Driftscape Tan 2106-50 by Benjamin Moore, a color infused with warm hints of rose, brown, and gray. A smooth, clean finish helps the walls feel polished and aesthetically pleasing. With muted undertones give the room character without overpowering the space, creating a tone that feels balanced between moody and easygoing. Beautifying, protecting, and preserving the Bay. For this office repaint, we repaired and patched the damaged area before applying any paint. Filling, smoothing the surface, and blending the repair into the surrounding wall are all necessary steps to create a seamless finish. Simply painting over damage may cover it temporarily, but proper preparation is what helps the final result look clean and even. Small repairs like this make a noticeable difference in the overall quality of an interior repaint. Beautifying, protecting, & preserving the Bay. The BP way.Button

Get the stained wood finish without replacing it. For areas you don’t want to replace, but also don’t want to cover with a solid paint color, a faux wood finish can offer the best of both options. It recreates the warmth and character of real wood while working with the existing surface. This technique can be used on front doors, fascia boards, and other details throughout the home. It can also help tie different finishes together by matching the look to the main wood tone already used in the space. The result is a refreshed, more intentional look without the disruption of replacing everything. Beatifying, protecting, and preserving the Bay. The BP way.Button

This teak furniture was thoroughly cleaned and re-oiled to restore its vibrant natural color and help protect the wood from continued outdoor exposure. Sun, moisture, and everyday use can leave teak looking dry and faded. Proper cleaning removes the buildup on the surface, while a fresh application of oil helps bring back the depth and warmth of the wood. Beautifying, protecting, & preserving the Bay.
