As part of our annual service at this Los Gatos residence, we cleaned and re-oiled both the Ipé deck and teak furniture to help preserve their color, condition, and natural character.
Both Ipe and Teak woods are known for their durability, but constant exposure to sunlight, moisture, and everyday use will still affect the surface over time. A thorough cleaning and fresh oil application help maintain their depth, prevent excessive drying, and keep the outdoor areas looking well cared for.
