What Makes A Perfectionist Painter?

When people hear about how the Basurto Painting team is a licensed group of painting perfectionists, they’re curious about what that means. We can’t blame them. What makes a perfectionist painter?

Since 2003, we have been handling the painting projects for many high-end residential properties. Because we strive for perfection in our work, we have been pleased to receive many referrals from our happy customers. We take deep pride in our work and our desire to achieve perfection is one of the reasons we are successful throughout San Jose, Silicon Valley, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

How to determine if your painter is a perfectionist painter

In our minds, here are five key components to what makes a perfectionist painter:

  1. Clear communication. Every time we meet with a potential customer to discuss the scope of the work, we ask a lot of questions so we can actively listen to your goals and desires for the project. Clear communication is critical to providing a stress-free, exceptional customer service experience. When we discuss your staining, painting, or repainting project, we’ll ask an array of questions that help us understand your needs, your dreams, and your budget constraints. Without clear communication, our customers will have a more difficult time understanding the level of value and care we place into their project.

  2. Professional and licensed team. Part of what makes us perfectionists is the fact that our team is fully licensed and operates in a professional manner. We respect rules and regulations set forth by better business practices.

  3. Neatness, tidiness, and great organizational skills. We strive to appear at the job with neat and clean work vehicles, clean uniforms, and meticulously organized materials. We understand that we only have one chance at making a positive first impression, and we believe strongly in looking and acting like a neat, tidy, and organized business unit.

  4. No tolerance for sloppiness. At the end of each project, we will walk you through for a visual inspection to show you what we completed. If we see any drips, spills, or mistakes, we will make those corrections. We have no tolerance for sloppiness, and that is a big part of why we call ourselves perfectionists.

  5. Cleaning up after ourselves. After the project is finished, we strive to make the area in which we worked look better than when we found it. For example, if we paint your bathroom, we will take the time to clean up the area where we worked and leave no dust behind. We respect your home and work areas, and we don’t ever want you having to clean up after us.

If you prefer to work with a professional painting team that has a strong tendency towards perfectionism, we invite you to contact Basurto Painting. Contact us to schedule an estimate. We will meet with you, assess your situation, and explain our painting process in a very clear, non-intimidating manner. We genuinely care about making each customer completely satisfied, and we look forward to working with you soon.
